Boys Baseball Bat Rules-2018
WARRIORS 14-year old division: All bats with a maximum barrel of 2 5/8” diameter, a maximum length of 34 inches, with a maximum differential of -5, and a Stamped BPF of 1.15 will be allowed. ALL BBCOR bats meet these standards.
WARRIOR 13-year old division AND PONY HOUSE: All bats with a maximum barrel of 2 5/8” diameter, a maximum length of 34 inches, with a maximum differential of -8, and a Stamped BPF of 1.15 will be allowed. All BBCOR bats meet these standards.
WARRIOR BOYS 9- 12 AND HOUSE AA & AAA: All bats with a maximum barrel of 2 ¼ ” diameter, a maximum length of 33 inches, a maximum differential of -13, and Stamped BPF of 1.15 will be allowed. ALSO All bats with a maximum barrel of 2 5/8” diameter, a maximum length of 33 inches, a maximum differential of -12, and Stamped BPF of 1.15 will be allowed. Any bat stamped USA is legal.
BOYS 7-8 (BC & WC) All bats with a maximum barrel of 2 ¼ ” diameter, a maximum length of 33 inches, a maximum differential of -13, and a Stamped BPF of 1.15 will be allowed, and any bat 2 1/4 “ diameter stamped USA
NOTE: Bats with the USA Baseball stamp will be legal for the foreseeable future, while the BPF 1.15 bats will be phased out in the future. All BPF 1.15 bats must have the PRBS approval sticker to be legal in house league play. (Available at our equipment room).
Solid, one-piece wood bats that adhere to Little League’s regulations will be allowed for play with or without the USA Baseball mark. Multi-piece wood bats must have the USA Baseball mark to be approved for play. This includes two-piece wood bats, composite wood bats, laminated wood bats, bonded wood bats, bamboo bats, and any wood bat that could be defined as an ‘experimental’ design.
