HOW TO BECOME A MANAGER OR COACH

A manager has the overall responsibility of the team. Their duties would include scheduling and organizing practices, communicating team events to parents, provide a safe environment for all players during practices and games, and teach the fundamentals of the game. The most important duty is provide a positive experience for each player. A coach is a person who will assist the manager with their duties (see above). On any team a manager will need at least 2-3 coaches. If you are interested in becoming a coach please contact the manager of your child's team after the teams have been formed.
