Registration for the 2022 season is live and open through Aug 13 

Registration fee is $25 through Aug 6, and $40 after Aug 6, and will completely close on Aug 13

• 9U (entering 3rd grade) & 10U (entering 4th grade) - all boys will be evaluated at infield, outfield, pitching, and hitting
• 11U (entering 5th grade), 12U (entering 6th grade), 13U (entering 7th grade), and 14U (entering 8th grade) will be evaluated at their 2 best positions.  Please don't confuse this with positions they want to play.   They are not trying out for a specific position, but rather their two best positions.  During registration you will be asked to select primary and secondary positions. 

9U-13U will be evaluated by the Chicago White Sox youth baseball instructors and 14U will be evaluated by the Warriors non parent managers.

WARRIOR TEAM DESCRIPTIONS

• The Park Ridge Warriors, as part of Park Ridge Baseball Softball are the only direct affiliate of the Park Ridge Park District

• Park Ridge’s only continuous travel team since 2003

• Since 2005, over  99% of all Warriors who tried out for their High School team have made the freshman team

• Park Ridge’s only true community team. Players must reside in the boundaries set forth by the Park District or play in Park Ridge Baseball the year before. There is no recruitment of neighboring communities players

• While focusing on player development, players and parents understand that in the travel environment, playing time may not be equal and is predicated on effort and ability 

Warrior History

 2003 The Warrior Program is founded - 13's and 14's ( single team in each age group)

• Join the MSBL ( 2005)
  

• Expanded to ages 10-14 (2 teams in each age bracket) (2005)

• High School Baseball Tryouts-100% of Warriors who tried out for their High School team made the freshman team ( 2007)

• Park Ridge Warriors begin sending  teams to Cooperstown ( 2008 )

• Founding community in the LSFBL ( 2014)

• Warriors expand to include 9 year olds ( 2015)

• 11's & 12's form House " Cooperstown Division " to prepare for league play ( 2016)

• 9's and 10's form House "Ruth Division" to prepare for league play (2017)

• Try outs conducted by the Bulls/Sox Training Academy ( 2017)

• Warriors continue to win championships in their divisions (2019)
